Seasons of Change

I Love change. Whether its the weather, life or my blog. I cannot stand to stay in the same rut. That's why I am constantly changing the background on my blog or jumping in my car on a whim to take the kids to Red Fish Lake. I have often thought about what my life would be like if I wasn't so free.

I keep trying to talk Dave into doing something crazy like packing up and just driving to wherever our car takes us. He thinks I am little too free. Any takers? No really though, I am grateful to David for his spontaneous spirit. I have lived in places that have taken me out of my comfort level and I have to say those have been the happiest moments of my life. I still love my family and miss living just miles away but the friends and memories I have made have molded me into a stronger and more compliable person. Not to mention the closeness Dave and I have created because all we have had was each other.

I look out my window and see the changing leaves and I am just so grateful for change. A new leaf turned over, a new chapter in my book of life.

I miss having you around--I need a spontaneous Cottage Expressions partner! But I'm glad that you and your family are loving life in the great outdoors! Your kids are so cute--even if Dallin isn't a girl. poor kid. Good pictures!

I haven't quite joined the blogging world, but I found your blog through Diana's. It's fun to re-connect (even through cyberspace) as we don't get to see you that often. Anyway, I'm following in your lead and having another boy. Does this mean I have one more to come? Hope all is well.
