Dad's surprise trip to meet Mitt

Mom and I cooked up this plan to meet up while they were on there way here so I could kidnap dad and take him to Boise.

We met in Shoshone in a parking lot and he was surprised to see me. Mom's B-day present was for him to go to meet Mitt Romney and get his picture taken with him.

The event was at the Hillcrest Country Club in Boise. This section is for everyone but Teri because she doesn't like the name-dropping. Uncle Gil and Dean Mortimer flew in on Frank Vandersloot's 25million dollar jet. Of course Travis Hawkes, Joel, Devo, and Jason Swallow were there. We also saw Dane Watkins Sr. and Jr. along with Teri's high school crush Damon Watkins. Lt. Gov Jim Risch was there and asked about the baby since at the luncheon a week ago I was on the clock. Spencer Zwick was there and asked about AnnaLisa as well. Spence Eccles and Kem Gardner both flew jets in from SLC with some donors. Mitt said that Idaho has a southern border patrol problem with all these Utah people around.

Mitt talked about the future of this country and how he believes that the strength of America is in the people not in the government. He wants us to strengthen the family, the economy, and the military. He has a great vision for this country and I am proud to support him.

Dad and I got our picture taken with Mitt and I will post it as soon as I get it.
